For tattoos, permanent makeup, photography, and genital piercings, a non-refundable retainer is required at booking. This ensures that your time slot is secured, and that my time is respected. A lot of work goes into planning services, which would be hours of work that was done unpaid if the client decides to no call/no show, and a retainer is not collected. 

Retainers will always go towards the total cost of service. There are only a few instances where this non-refundable retainer will be lost. Those instances are:

• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your service, without communication. There are instances when I am completely booked for the day, and if you are late, I may have to reschedule you to ensure that we have enough time for your service. If you have kept communication with me, a retainer can be transferred up to two times in the result of a reschedule. The third time you need to reschedule, an additional retainer must be paid. If you are more than fifteen minutes late for your service without communication, or no call/no show, your retainer will be forfeit. A new non-refundable retainer will be required to rebook. 

• If you are harassing me or others during the appointment. This includes sexual, verbal, and physical harassment. This type of behavior will not be tolerated. The service will be concluded and you will be asked to leave, even if the service is not finished. This type of behavior will forfeit your retainer and ban you from services provided going foreword. If the person you bring with you to the service is acting disrespectfully, they will be asked to leave. If they refuse, authorities will be contacted.
