Terms and Conditions for Services

By booking an appointment with me, you agree to the following terms:

1. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, we will not be working together in the future. I value mutual respect and clear communication, and this policy ensures that time is honored for both of us.

2. Retainer Required ($100 Minimum)
A non-refundable retainer is required to book any service with me. This retainer secures your appointment time and goes toward the total cost of your service. If you cancel with proper notice, the retainer may be transferred to a new appointment date once. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or no-show, the retainer is forfeited.

3. No-Shows
No-shows will result in permanent removal from my client list. I deeply value my time and energy, and I ask that clients do the same.

4. Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Do not arrive more than 5 minutes early, as I use the time between appointments to clean, reset, and take care of myself… like eating or regrouping after long sessions. If you're running late, let me know as soon as possible. Excessive lateness may require rescheduling and will count as a late cancellation.

5. Respectful Conduct
This is a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free space. Any behavior that is disrespectful, inappropriate, or discriminatory will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
